Read the following CI sample #9 in Japan and give your best possible solution to it.

Joe was sent to Japan to witness the implementation of a system developed by the IT company where he worked. That week, he was invited to dinner at a famous restaurant by the manager of the company to which he had been sent.
Dozens of people attended. During the meal, sake was poured when Joe’s sake cup was empty. As they poured sake into each other’s cups, they caught Joe’s eye.
Satisfied with the hospitality, Joe called the waitress, saying that he was the one to pay at his own expense, handed her a credit card, and told her to pay for everyone with it.

What are the issue and the best possible solution to this incident?
