Read the following CI sample #8 in Japan and give your best possible solution to it.

On the plane to Japan, Paul met the Ono family. They gave Paul their address and phone number, saying, “If Mr. Ono ever happens to be in the neighborhood, please give us a call.
One weekend, while Paul was making a temple tour, he happened to remember that the area seemed to be near Mr. Ono’s home. When Paul visited Mr. Ono’s house to drop by and say hello, he was treated coldly at the door.
In the end, they only talked for a while at the entrance and were not taken inside the house. Paul was disappointed with such treatment.

What are the issue and the best possible solution to this incident?
